How to Listen Actively To Anyone?

Active listening demonstrates paying full attention being paid to
the speaker. Once the speaker feels listened to, they feel
understood.

Once you have reflected back to the speaker what you think s/he
said, then you’ve earned the right to speak.

Active listening involves attentive body language, good eye
connect and reflecting back what you think you heard the speaker
say.
